1. Acceptance

By using 3AYO, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use 3AYO.

2. Age Requirement

3AYO is designed for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or older. It is not intended for children to use directly. By using 3AYO, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter.

3. Not Medical Advice

3AYO is an informational and educational tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and does not replace professional medical advice. Developmental milestones and activity suggestions are based on general research and may not apply to every child. Always consult your paediatrician or healthcare provider with specific concerns about your child's development.

4. AI-Generated Content

3AYO uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate personalised recommendations, Brain Blueprints, weekly activity suggestions, and journal recaps. AI-generated content may contain errors or may not be appropriate for every child. You are responsible for evaluating whether any suggestion is suitable for your child and family. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

5. Parental Responsibility

You are responsible for supervising your child during any activities suggested by 3AYO. You are responsible for determining whether activities, materials, or recommendations are safe and appropriate for your child's age, abilities, and circumstances.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in 3AYO, including journal entries, photos, and notes. By using 3AYO, you grant us a limited licence to process this content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating weekly recaps, storing in our database). We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3AYO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages arising from AI-generated recommendations, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
